Is our Vancouver summer finally on it's way?

I'm seeing lots of postive signs that things are looking up. I had a busy open house this weekend and I am seeing lots of people out walking, riding bikes, and skating along our very popular Richmond Greenway. I think I can finally put away my raincoat and umbrella. Here's hoping!
