The Provincial Government announced this week, that the HST will be replaced by the PST on April 1, 2013. They have also raised the New Housing Rebate on your NEW principal residence purchase up to a maximum of $850,000. You may also be eligible for a rebate on a vacation or recreational home outside of the GVRD. Go to the link below for the full details:
