Historically low mortgage rates in 2014! In the first quarter of the this year some chartered Banks lowered their posted 5 year mortgage rate to 4.99%.  This is the first time the 5 year posted rate has dropped below 5%.  This means that Buyers can now qualify at this very low 4.99% rate, Wahoooo!!  Does this motivate you to buy your dream home?
