No!!  Vancouver properties are coveted by Buyer's from all around the world. We are seeing a resurgence in American Buyers come here for a couple of reasons: 1) their dollar can buy 35% more and 2) their politics are currently in a mess.  I expect we will see more American Buyers soon.
