CMHC Caps Mortgage Gurantees

Canada Mortgage and Housing Corp (CMHC) announced yesterday that they will put a cap on guarantees for mortgage backed securities. Buyers under 20% downpayment may be paying slightly higher interest rates to secure funds through regular banking channels.
