This recent news release from Cameron Muir, Chief Economist of the BCREA, shows home sales trending upwards in 2013. Mr. Muir commented, "A notable growth trend in full-time employment combined with persistently low mortgage interest rates is expected to boost housing demand around the province in 2013." 

Here is today's trick real estate question: Is a death in a home considered a defect and does it have to be disclosed to a Buyer? The answer is yes and no. Yes, if it is important enough for you to know if there was a death in the house and no, if it doesn't matter to you either way.
