BC home sales continue to trend higher in May

"BC home sales continue to trend higher in May," 
said Cameron Muir, BCREA Chief Economist. 

The British Columbia Real Estate Association (BCREA) reports that total sales volume was 2% highter than in May 2012 and the average MLS residential price was up 2.7% from one year ago. "Rising consumer demand, have edged home prices higher over the past three months in BC's large lower mainland market," added Muir.  To view the full article click here.
