1100 Home Sales in April 2020

Great News on the real estate sale stats homefront for April 2020. While things were a little slower than normal due to social distancing and quarantine restrictions, there were still Buyers out there with over 1100 sales in the month of April. Realtors have been adapting to new viewing and open house regulations with the addition of virtual tours and 3D mapping. However, it is recommended that if you choose to purchase a home during the pandemic that you seek legal advice first and try to view the property safely, if possible.
