Is your Home Inspector Licensed?

The Consumer Protection Act of British Columbia now requires that all home inspectors be licensed. If you are shopping for an inspector on your home purchase make sure you ask the question. You can also ask your home inspector about their 'claims history,' and do they belong to the Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors of BC.
